I believe that I am in a continuous learning process and always will be. This gives me the ability to be flexible with my designs and find new solutions to problems, ranging from political and environmental to aesthetic, functionality or use.
My work is driven by a passion for spaces and the experience created by it. By considering factors like physical and psychological wellbeing I find that including elements of Wabi-Sabi can push towards designs that can stand the factor of time and bring a touch of familiarity. I am passionate about Japanese aesthetics and I believe in the acceptance of transience and imperfection is key in the design process.
